Layered Banana Pineapple Dessert Recipe
This easy layered dessert can be made ahead. It tastes kind of like a creamy banana split. Original recipe by Jello.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine; melted
  • 3 whole bananas; sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese; softened
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple; drained
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip®; thawed

Directions
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine in 13 x 9" pan, press evenly onto bottom of pan.
  2. Arrange banana slices on crust to cover.
  3. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually beat in cold milk.
  5. Add pudding mixes.
  6. Beat until well blended.
  7. Spread evenly over banana slices.
  8. Spoon pineapple evenly over pudding layer.
  9. Spread whipped topping over pineapple.
  10. Chill 3 hours or until ready to serve.
