Curried Avocado Recipe

How to make it

  • Peel avocados. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove pits. Sprinkle with lemon juice cover all of avocado meat. Slice each half into fan and arrange on plate. Mix remaining ingredients and whisk into sauce. Spoon over fans . Sprinkle with curry powder lightly and serve.

    that recipe sounds amzaing. I wonder if it would be good to throw the avocados in the oven for 10-15 to really get the taste going, Yum I'm so hungrey right now!!
