Ingredients
  • 6 POUNDS MEATY SHORT RIBS
  • 1 CUP OF YOUR FAVORITE BARBEQUE SAUCE
  • 1 CUP KETCHUP 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1 TBLS. VEGETABLE OIL

Directions
  1. COMBINE BARBEQUE SAUCE, CATSUP, AND LEMON JUICE.
  2. SAUTE ONION IN OIL
  3. STIR INTO SAUCE
  4. BRUSH OVER RIBS
  5. MARINATE AT LEAST 5 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
  6. ARRANGE RIBS ON RACK IN LARGE BAKING PAN
  7. COVER TIGHTLY AND BAKE AT 250 DEGREES FOR 5 HOURS
  8. BASTE HOURLY
  9. RIBS VARY IN SIZE AND MEAT CONTENT SO COOKING TIME MAY VARY
