Double Duty Bacon Cheese Dip Recipe
Great for a party dip, but also good on baked potatoes or potato skins.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 pound bacon, fried and chopped
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions
  1. Combine cream cheese and sour cream; beat until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped bacon and 2 cups cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour into slow cooker and top with remaining cup of cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours.
  5. If used as a dip, serve with large corn chips and fresh vegetables.
