Double Duty Bacon Cheese Dip

Great for a party dip, but also good on baked potatoes or potato skins.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces softened cream cheese shopping list
- 16 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1 pound bacon, fried and chopped shopping list
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream; beat until smooth.
- Stir in chopped bacon and 2 cups cheddar cheese.
- Pour into slow cooker and top with remaining cup of cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours.
- If used as a dip, serve with large corn chips and fresh vegetables.
