How to make it

  • Peel potatoes and slice in quarters, boil til soft in salted water.
  • Place potatoes in a large Tupperware bowl and run a knife through them to cut them up.
  • Boil eggs and dice, add to potatoes.
  • Cut into small pieces celery, pickles and onion, and add with pimento to potatoes and eggs.
  • Add spin blend and mustard to taste. Make a couple days ahead and refrigerate.

    Celery stalks and sweet pickles are the secret to great potato salad. I almost forgot, sliced black olives are good in the salad. Cheers! JJ
