  • 1/2 cup light chopped basil leaves
  • 4 tbsp. of sugar

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, and red pepper flakes; cook for 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  2. Add chicken to the pan and cook 3-5 minutes or until cooked though. Add all sauce and chopped basil. Heat through, about 3 minutes more.
  3. Place cooked rice on a serving platter, top with chicken mixture..If like egg...just fried over easy or over hard, placed over chicken and ENJOY !!!

Hi, what is the quantity of fish sauce for this recipe.

The fish sauce is great in Thai dishes.. It bring out the ingredient that in it and also give it tender to your meat...using salt is not as tender as fish sauce..i use almost in every dishes...try it and see the different...

I am also inquiring as to the quantity of the fish sauce. I assumed 2 tablespoons but then added more. Also, how much oil should be used?
