Gai Pad Bai Ga-prow - Simple Version

- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast tenders, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce or to taste (salt can be use but, it doesn't give the tederness in your meat) shopping list
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes shopping list
- 3 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup light chopped basil leaves shopping list
- 4 tbsp. of sugar shopping list
- half of red bell pepper thinly slice shopping list
- 4 eggs. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, and red pepper flakes; cook for 3 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook 3-5 minutes or until cooked though. Add all sauce and chopped basil. Heat through, about 3 minutes more.
- Place cooked rice on a serving platter, top with chicken mixture..If like egg...just fried over easy or over hard, placed over chicken and ENJOY !!!
