Garlicky Hummus

- 3-4 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, half the liquid reserved (if you can only find a 15 oz can, that’s fine) shopping list
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons tahini shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor, chop the garlic.
- Add all other ingredients (except reserved liquid) into food processor and blend until creamy and well mixed.
- Add reserved liquid at this point to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour or more for flavors to fully develop.
