How to make it

  • In a food processor, chop the garlic.
  • Add all other ingredients (except reserved liquid) into food processor and blend until creamy and well mixed.
  • Add reserved liquid at this point to achieve desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour or more for flavors to fully develop.

    I make hummus this way but I use grapeseed oil and for a kick use Wildtree Bloody Mary Blend. WOW.

    Ok, ok - I'll try this one, but how can it beat La Sheesh, Michelle? You know how I love their hummus. You need to submit that restaurant on your Add a Local Joint post!
