How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Grease 12 (3 1/2") muffin cups - set aside
  • In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda & salt
  • In a small bowl, combine buttermilk, melted butter, eggs & vanilla until blended
  • Stir into flour mixture just until moistened
  • Fold in white chocolate
  • Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 full
  • Bake 25 - 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 mins
  • Remove muffins from pan & cool completely on wire rack
