Strawberry-pineapple Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 White Cake mix

1 (102gr) pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding mix

1/3 cup oil

3 eggs

1 (85gr) pkg Strawberry Jello

1 cup Pineapple juice

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries - chopped into small pieces

1 1/2 tblspn flour

Glaze:-

Icing sugar

Pineapple juice

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Grease & flour Bundt pan

In a small bowl, mix strawberries with the 1 1/2 tblspn flour - set aside

In large bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, Jello, & pineapple juice

Beat on medium speed for about 3 mins till all well combined, scraping down bowl often

Remove from mixer & fold in strawberries

Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan

Bake for about 60 mins or till a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean

Cool in pan for 20 mins

Turn out onto wire rack & cool completely

Glaze:-

Mix about 1 cup icing sugar with enough pineapple juice to make a thin icing

Drizzle over top of cake allowing glaze to run down sides
