Strawberry-Pineapple Bundt Cake

- 1 white cake mix shopping list
- 1 (102gr) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 (85gr) pkg Strawberry Jello shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries - chopped into small pieces shopping list
- 1 1/2 tblspn flour shopping list

- Glaze:- shopping list
- icing sugar shopping list
- pineapple juice shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease & flour Bundt pan
- In a small bowl, mix strawberries with the 1 1/2 tblspn flour - set aside
- In large bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, Jello, & pineapple juice
- Beat on medium speed for about 3 mins till all well combined, scraping down bowl often
- Remove from mixer & fold in strawberries
- Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan
- Bake for about 60 mins or till a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Cool in pan for 20 mins
- Turn out onto wire rack & cool completely

- Glaze:-
- Mix about 1 cup icing sugar with enough pineapple juice to make a thin icing
- Drizzle over top of cake allowing glaze to run down sides
