How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease & flour Bundt pan
  • In a small bowl, mix strawberries with the 1 1/2 tblspn flour - set aside
  • In large bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, Jello, & pineapple juice
  • Beat on medium speed for about 3 mins till all well combined, scraping down bowl often
  • Remove from mixer & fold in strawberries
  • Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan
  • Bake for about 60 mins or till a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean
  • Cool in pan for 20 mins
  • Turn out onto wire rack & cool completely

  • Glaze:-
  • Mix about 1 cup icing sugar with enough pineapple juice to make a thin icing
  • Drizzle over top of cake allowing glaze to run down sides

    I'm not very much into sweets. I'd rather have salty & cheesy. But this sounds delicious! I have strawberries in my freezer....thanks
