Choco-Cinnamon and Color Cake

- FOR THE cake shopping list
- 7 egg yolks shopping list
- 125 grs. sugar shopping list
- 75 grs. flour shopping list
- 40 grs. European cocoa shopping list
- 5 grs. baking powder shopping list
- 1 grs. salt shopping list
- 25 grs. corn syrup shopping list
- 5 grs. vanilla shopping list
- 100 grs. oil shopping list
- 7 egg whites shopping list
- pinch of cream of tartar shopping list
- FILLING shopping list
- 250 grs. whipping cream shopping list
- 200 grs. cream cheese shopping list
- 125 grs. sugar shopping list
- 3 drops cinnamon concentrate shopping list
- vegetal colors one or two drops of each shopping list
- Ganache shopping list
- 1 kg. semi sweet chocolate shopping list
- 300 grs. milk or a little more if you want it lighter. shopping list
- FOR THE cake shopping list
- Grease and line paper in a baking sheet. shopping list
- Preheat oven to 325 F. shopping list
- Beat egg yolks and sugar very good. shopping list
- Add dry ingredients. shopping list
- Add corn syrup shopping list
- Beat for 2 minutes shopping list
- Add oil, and continue beating. shopping list
- In another bowl beat egg whites till soft peaks appear and with soft round movements add the egg yolk mixture. shopping list
- Pour into the baking sheet and bake for 16 min,. aprox. shopping list
- FILLING shopping list
- Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and gradually add the whipping cream, divide the mixture in 6 and add a few drops of color to each one. shopping list
- When the cake is done, cut long stripes and cover while preparing the colors. shopping list
- Add some of the colored cream to each stripe. shopping list
- roll each stripe, and cut it in two. shopping list
- Place the rolls on a plate, add chocolate ganache. shopping list
- Add one more layer or rolls. shopping list
- Add chocolate ganache and decorate. shopping list
- I added lines of milk chocolate ganache and some “M” decorations shopping list
- Made with milk chocolate . shopping list
- I added some silver powder (for fondant decoration) with a brush and finally add them to the cake and place the candles. shopping list
How to make it
- FOR THE CAKE
- Grease and line paper in a baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar very good.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Add corn syrup
- Beat for 2 minutes
- Add oil, and continue beating.
