Ingredients
  • 1 pound of ground beef (can sub. small cut stew meat)
  • 1 bag of egg noodles
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag frozen or fresh cooked broccoli
  • 1/2 pound of cheddar cheese, grated

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cook noodles to desired doneness, as well as broccoli and ground beef (season to taste).
  3. Place noodles, broccoli, ground beef, and mushroom soup in 13 x9 casserole dish.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered 30 - 40 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
