How to make it

  • Heat oven to 425
  • Place brussel sprouts,garlic,oil,salt and pinch of fresh ground pepper in 13 x9 baking dish. Toss to coat. Spread out in single layer
  • Pour water into dish and roast until brussel sprouts are lightly browned and pierced easily with a paring knife,about 25 mins.
  • Serve warm
