Cape Cod Cranberry Bundt Cake

- Cape cod Cranberry Bundt cake shopping list
- 1 cup olive oil, plus some for oiling the pan shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 cup fresh, frozen or dried cranberries shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs using an electric mixer until foamy. Add sugar, and continue beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in olive oil. In a small bowl combine baking soda and buttermilk. Alternately beat the flour and the buttermilk mixture into the egg mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into a 9 inch tube or bundt cake pan, lightly oiled with olive oil and floured. Bake for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean. shopping list
