Ingredients

How to make it

  • Slice peppers into 3/4 inch slices, saving remaining pieces for later
  • Place rice in large mixing bowl
  • Stir 2 eggs into rice
  • Add onion and stir
  • Add bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Mix well
  • Add ground beef and mix to combine
  • Holding pepper ring in the palm of your hand, stuff each ring, making sure to have filled the ring full but don't overfill
  • Place each ring into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish
  • In another bowl, mix pasta sauce, marinade, Worchestershire sauce and ketchup
  • Mix well and spoon generously over each pepper ring
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
