How to make it

  • Combine ground chicken, cheese, sauce, onion, garlic, and salt/pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly (don't be a wuss, use your hands)
  • Gradually add the bisquick mixing in thoroughly
  • If the mixture is too soupy, add more bisquick. You want almost a biscuit dough consistency
  • Spoon out evenly onto a greased baking sheet (I use a melon baller)
  • Bake at 375 for approx. 15 minutes (depending on size of balls)
  • Let cool and enjoy.
