Jetts Cinnamon Swirl Tube Coffee Cake

This cake smells so good when it is baking! Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 3 cups flour - All purpose shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- * Streusel filling mixture shopping list
- see below shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Cream butter and sugar thoroughly
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
- Sift dry ingredients together
- Add half of flour and beat well
- Add half of sour cream & beat well
- Repeat
- Pour into large tube pan making 3 layers of batter alternating batter with cinnamon mixture (Streusel Mixture)
- Mix:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon (or less if desired)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Bake for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes or until done
