Aunt Barbs Blueberry Cake

A favorite cake from a favorite Lady. One of those recipes that always makes me feel at home.
Ingredients
- 1/3 C butter or margerine, melted shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 2 scant Cups of flour (toss berries with a bit of this flour) shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon or vanilla shopping list
- 1 C blueberries shopping list
- 1 1/2 C sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- Optional extras from her daughter, Leslie shopping list
- another 1/2 C blueberries or shopping list
- 1/2 C chocolate chips or shopping list
- sprinkle raw sugar on top or shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon sifted with the dry ingredients shopping list
- Note: use separately or combine those you like shopping list
How to make it
- 325 oven Greased 8" or 9" pan
- Melt butter in a measuring cup and cool
- Break eggs into cup and fill with milk to make 1 cup
- In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients
- Add egg mixture and mix well, add flavorings and mix well
- Gently fold in blueberries
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
