Easy Fruit Cobbler Recipe
An easy fruit cobbler that adjust to whatever fruit you have handy!

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of any fruit (peaches, blueberries, blackberries or apples are all great)

Directions
  1. Cook fruit over low head with 1/2 of sugar.
  2. You might need more for tart fruits, less for sweet.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Melt butter in pan.
  5. Mix dry ingredients and add milk.
  6. Pour over butter.
  7. Add fruit in spoonfuls.
  8. Combine well, and place into greased baking pan
  9. Bake at 350*F for 1 hour.

What a perfect lovely dessert!


I have a couple of questions.
a. 1 cup of sugar (or to taste) in the fruit?
b. Melt butter in a separate pan?
c. Stir the dry ingredients with the milk, then stir with the butter?
d. Add fruit in spoonfuls but then stir it all together?
