How to make it

  • Combine cabbage, onion and carrots in a large bowl.
  • Mix vinegar, brown sugar, oil, salt and mustard in a saucepan and heat to the boiling point. Cool slightly. Pour over cabbage mixture. Let stand, stirring occasionnally, for 8 hours. Store in the refrigerator in a covered plastic or glass container.
  • Keeps up to 8 days in the refrigerator and tastes better with time.

    Sounds good. I use white sugar instead of brown. I am going to try your version. I like trying new things. Great post! You got my HIGH 5. :)
