Grilled Pineapple Glazed Pork

- 1/2 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 3/4 pound pork tenderloin shopping list
- vegetable oil spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- Add pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, andginger to a small pan.
- Stir and cook over high heat for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens to a syrup consistency.
- Remove fat from pork and cut the tenderloin nearly in half lengthwise so that it opens like a book.
- Do NOT cut it all the way through.
- Spray both sides with vegetable oil spray.
- Grill 3 to 4 inches away from heat for 5 minutes.
- Turn and spoon half of the prepared glaze on the cooked side.
- Grill 5 more minutes, or until the meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- Remove from grill and spoon remaining glaze on unglazed side.
- Cut into slices and serve, spooning all the juices over the slices.

Love pork tenderloin! I have always added these things to ham but will try it on the pork tenderloin. Thanks, it sounds great!
