Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup Crisco

2/3 cup Sugar

2 eggs

1 1/3 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1 cup mashed bananas

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients well

Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 25-35 min.
