Foreman Grill Brie Cheese Panini Recipe

	Vergence / All my dishes 1 year, 1 month ago This is pretty easy to make in a foreman grill and impressed the hell out of my neighbors. You could use a skillet though and make it like a grilled cheese. The Foreman's great though since you can really press the bread. Prep:5m Cook:5m Servings:1	Vergence

Ingredients

Brie Cheese

Proscuitto

Apple or Cantaloupe

Wheat Bread

Butter or Oil

Directions

Smear a little butter or oil on the bread. You can also add to the grill directly

Remove the skin from brie cheese. (hardest part)

Spread cheese on the bread as generously as desired.

Slice up some apple or cantaloupe and lay on top of cheese

Add a layer of proscuitto (couple slices)

Put the sandwich on the grill and apply pressure

Wait 5 mins. You don't need to apply pressure the whole time., just till the panini is as flat as you want.

Let cool and eat
