Moosewood Chocolate Pudding Cake

- Preheat oven 350 F oil baking dish 9X13 shopping list
- Dry Ingred. shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 t. salt shopping list
- Liquid Ingredients shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup veg. oil--I use evoo shopping list
- 1 Table. vanilla shopping list
- TOPPER shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Measure out the liquid ingred. in a measuring cup, give it a stir, and gradually beat into the dry ingredients. Then spread into prepared pan.
- Mix together the Topper, and sprinkle it over the batter.
- Place the pan in the oven, pour the boiling water over the batter. close the oven. bake 20 to 25 mins., Pudding will set around the edges, and the top is a little bit bubbly. Don't over cook!
- After removing from oven, Let it cool 15 minutes. This allows the pudding to thicken. Dollop a bowl with coolwhip on top. enjoy!!
