drunken chicken

- 1 chicken discard innards shopping list
- 1 can of guiness beer shopping list
- 1 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp sea salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper shopping list
- 6 oz. balsamic vinnegrette reduction (sauce) shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger shopping list
- 1tsp rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- clean chicken and discard innards leaving chicken in tact
- mount chicken on stand up wire base
- fire up grill on medium heat
- cut top of beercan and stick the can up the rear of chicken (place under chicken within standing base)
- sprinkle on above ingredients (except for the balsamic vinnegrette and ginger this is for the reduction sauce)
- while chicken is on the grill in a separate saucepan pour at least 12 oz. of balsamic vinnegrette in pan and saute on high and add ginger
- reduction should take 40 min or until thick like molasses but not to thick be careful not to burn sauce so keep stirring occasionally and reduce heat towards the end
- this is a very versitile main dish and can be served with side of your choice
- when chicken is done an hour later use balsamic reduction sauce for dipping or it can be drizzled over chicken when plated
