Ingredients
  • 1 chicken discard innards
  • 1 can of guiness beer
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 6 oz. balsamic vinnegrette reduction (sauce)
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1tsp rosemary

Directions
  1. clean chicken and discard innards leaving chicken in tact
  2. mount chicken on stand up wire base
  3. fire up grill on medium heat
  4. cut top of beercan and stick the can up the rear of chicken (place under chicken within standing base)
  5. sprinkle on above ingredients (except for the balsamic vinnegrette and ginger this is for the reduction sauce)
  6. while chicken is on the grill in a separate saucepan pour at least 12 oz. of balsamic vinnegrette in pan and saute on high and add ginger
  7. reduction should take 40 min or until thick like molasses but not to thick be careful not to burn sauce so keep stirring occasionally and reduce heat towards the end
  8. this is a very versitile main dish and can be served with side of your choice
  9. when chicken is done an hour later use balsamic reduction sauce for dipping or it can be drizzled over chicken when plated
