Honey Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb red potatoes, quartered

1 tabsp diced onion

1 tabsp butter, melted

1 1/2 tsp honey

1/2 tsp dry mustard

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 and lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Place potatoes in a single layer and top with onions.

In a bowl, combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, & pepper and pour over the potatoes.

Bake for 35 minutes, stirring once.
