Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
I had a big lunch yesterday and wanted to make these for a quick little dinner. After I took them out and ate one hot, I got sidetracked and then came back to a bowl of cold potatoes. Hungry by now I ate them anyway and they were delicious cold! Sticky kinda sweet and the onions cut the sweet just right. I didn't get a mustard taste but perhaps that cut the sweetness as well without tasting it.
Pat has a similar recipe posted Honey Roasted Red Potatoes.
Hers looks like Desifull's but I think Pat's may have a better ratio of ingredients. I'll try cutting Pat's in half sometime.
