How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375'
  • Lightly coat 11x7' baking pan with cooking spray or line with foil.
  • Place potatoes and onions in a lg. bowl In small bowl,combine butter,honey,mustard,salt and pepper.Pour over potatoes and mix to coat.
  • Put potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 45mins to 1 hour till tender,stirring halfway through
  • Note:
  • I baste often and I add a little tihyme to the mixture. If you want them a little crisper,pop under the broiler for a min. or 2.

    We really enjoyed these potatoes. I cut each potato into eight equal pieces, the recipe doesn't indicate the size. I didn't see the need for two bowls so I placed everything but the potatoes in a large bowl, stirred well, then added the potatoes. Why dirty another bowl if you don't have to. They were delish!!! Thanks for sharing.
