Ingredients
  • 1 -small head white cabbage
  • 1 - large purple onion
  • 1 - green bell pepper
  • 2- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1-1/2 cups 12 ounce canned tomatoes chopped with juice reserved
  • 1-tablespoon mild curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. slice or chop the cabbage, onion and bell pepper as prefered
  2. heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the onion and bell pepper until they are soft and the onion is translucent.........
  3. add the cabbage, cover, and cook until it begins to wilt
  4. add all remaining ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if necessary to prevent sticking.
  5. taste and adjust the seasonings as necessary before serving it hot
