Ingredients

How to make it

  • slice or chop the cabbage, onion and bell pepper as prefered
  • heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the onion and bell pepper until they are soft and the onion is translucent.........
  • add the cabbage, cover, and cook until it begins to wilt
  • add all remaining ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if necessary to prevent sticking.
  • taste and adjust the seasonings as necessary before serving it hot
