Ingredients
  • Water
  • Ginger root

Directions
  1. Bring med pot of water to a boil
  2. Peel and slice Ginger root
  3. Add sliced Ginger root to boiling water
  4. Simmer and cover for 20 min
  5. Strain water and discard Ginger root
  6. Poor Ginger root water into mugs
  7. Makes a healthy tea that relieves cold and flu
  8. You can add lemon or honey to taste

Good tea --- it's also good for arthritis sufferers. FIVE :+D


I keep this in the refrigerator. We find it strong, so we mix more water, the ginger tea and lemon into a large water bottle. Great for colds and for stomach troubles.


Yes, this is definately a cure for upper respiratory congestion. Have been making this for years.
