Ginger root tea

How to make it
- Bring med pot of water to a boil
- Peel and slice Ginger root
- Add sliced Ginger root to boiling water
- Simmer and cover for 20 min
- Strain water and discard Ginger root
- Poor Ginger root water into mugs
- Makes a healthy tea that relieves cold and flu
- You can add lemon or honey to taste
