Ham and Fruit Shishkebabs

- 3 carrots, sliced shopping list
- pearl onions shopping list
- 1 pound ham, chunked....about 1 inch cubes shopping list
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks shopping list
- fresh kiwi fruit, sliced thickly shopping list
- 2 green bell peppers, seeded and coarsely cut shopping list
- 1 cup orange marmalade shopping list
- 1/2 cup prepared brown mustard shopping list
- 2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan, cook sliced carrots and pearl onions in boiling water for about 5 minutes, or until barely tender; drain
- Placing on skewers, alternately thread ham, pineapple chunks, diced green bell peppers, the cooked carrots, kiwi slices, and the onions.
- Arrange in a broiler pan.
- In a small bowl, combine orange marmalade, prepared brown mustard, and brown sugar; mix well. Brush the kebabs with the sauce and broil 4-inches from the heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning and brushing with the sauce.
- Cook until lightly browned.
- NOTE:
- You may also grill these instead of broil!
