  • 5 LBS. GROUND BEEF
  • 1 SMALL HEAD OF CABBAGE(CUT UP - CORE REMOVED)
  • 2 16 OZ.CANS OF SAURERKRAUT
  • 4 8 OZ.CANS TOMATO SAUCE
  • 2 CUPS OF COOKED LONG GRAIN RICE(COOLED)
  • 5 EGGS
  • 1 TBL.THYME
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
  1. PLACE GROUND MEAT IN LARGE BOWL
  2. ADD EGGS AND MIX WELL
  3. ADD COOKED RICE - MIX AGAIN
  4. ADD 1 CAN OF SAURERKRAUT (DRAINED)MIX WELL
  5. NOW ADD THYME SALT AND PEPPER MIX FOR LAST TIME
  6. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  7. TAKE ABOUT 1 CUP OF MIXTURE FORM INTO A MINI MEATLOAF SHAPE-PLACE IN LARGE ROASTING PAN.
  8. ADD CUT UP CABBAGE ON TOP OF MEAT
  9. POUR TOMATO SAUCE OVER CABBAGE
  10. ADD LAST CAN OF SAURERKRAUT (UNDRAINED)ON TOP
  11. PLACE IN OVEN UNCOVERED FOR 1 HOUR
  12. TAKE OUT OF OVEN AND STAY CLEAR OF STAMPEDE - ENJOY!
