- 1 SMALL HEAD OF cabbage(CUT UP - CORE REMOVED) shopping list
- 2 16 OZ.CANS OF SAURERKRAUT shopping list
- 4 8 OZ.CANS tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 CUPS OF COOKED long grain rice(COOLED) shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 TBL.thyme shopping list
- salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- PLACE GROUND MEAT IN LARGE BOWL
- ADD EGGS AND MIX WELL
- ADD COOKED RICE - MIX AGAIN
- ADD 1 CAN OF SAURERKRAUT (DRAINED)MIX WELL
- NOW ADD THYME SALT AND PEPPER MIX FOR LAST TIME
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- TAKE ABOUT 1 CUP OF MIXTURE FORM INTO A MINI MEATLOAF SHAPE-PLACE IN LARGE ROASTING PAN.
- ADD CUT UP CABBAGE ON TOP OF MEAT
- POUR TOMATO SAUCE OVER CABBAGE
- ADD LAST CAN OF SAURERKRAUT (UNDRAINED)ON TOP
- PLACE IN OVEN UNCOVERED FOR 1 HOUR
- TAKE OUT OF OVEN AND STAY CLEAR OF STAMPEDE - ENJOY!
