  • PLACE GROUND MEAT IN LARGE BOWL
  • ADD EGGS AND MIX WELL
  • ADD COOKED RICE - MIX AGAIN
  • ADD 1 CAN OF SAURERKRAUT (DRAINED)MIX WELL
  • NOW ADD THYME SALT AND PEPPER MIX FOR LAST TIME
  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  • TAKE ABOUT 1 CUP OF MIXTURE FORM INTO A MINI MEATLOAF SHAPE-PLACE IN LARGE ROASTING PAN.
  • ADD CUT UP CABBAGE ON TOP OF MEAT
  • POUR TOMATO SAUCE OVER CABBAGE
  • ADD LAST CAN OF SAURERKRAUT (UNDRAINED)ON TOP
  • PLACE IN OVEN UNCOVERED FOR 1 HOUR
  • TAKE OUT OF OVEN AND STAY CLEAR OF STAMPEDE - ENJOY!
