How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease/spray bottom of 13 inch by 9 inch pan.
  • Measure 1 cup of cake mix and set aside.
  • Combine remaining mix, pudding with 1 egg and oil.
  • Press in bottom of pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Combine reserved cake mix, 2 eggs, cream cheese, sour cream and surgar.
  • Stir in lemon juice and spread over crust.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Sever cold or room temperature.

    I can harley wait to try this! I have citrus trees (lemon, lime and orange). I'm always looking for extra ways to use my fruit up! My husband is a Lemonhead so this should be a hit!
