Easy Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 small box lemon instant pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 8 ounces packages of cream cheese
- 1 cu sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease/spray bottom of 13 inch by 9 inch pan.
- Measure 1 cup of cake mix and set aside.
- Combine remaining mix, pudding with 1 egg and oil.
- Press in bottom of pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Combine reserved cake mix, 2 eggs, cream cheese, sour cream and surgar.
- Stir in lemon juice and spread over crust.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Sever cold or room temperature.
