French Cream To serve with fresh fruit

- 1-8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup icing sugar shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream cheese with hand mixer until smooth, add icing sugar and beat until well blended.
- Beat whipped cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Add whipped cream mixture to cheese mixture together with zest of 1 lemon and the lemon juice squeezed from the lemon and beat all together until well blended.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Keeps well for up to 3-4 days.
- Serve with fresh, seasonal fruit.
