Ingredients
  • 1 box beef stock
  • 1 bottle garlic juice
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • EVOO
  • 2 green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 lb deli roast beef very thinly sliced
  • 8 crusty sub rolls

Directions
  1. In a 2 qt sauce pan mix beef stock, half an ounce of the garlic juice, the oregano and a dash of the red pepper flakes.
  2. Bring to a simmer and add the beef, cook til heated through
  3. In a separate saute pan heat the EVOO and add the bell peppers and a dash of red pepper flakes
  4. Saute til the peppers are soft but not falling apart
  5. Slice the roll, and top with the beef, peppers and I like to spoon on enough of the "gravy" inside to just soak the roll
  6. Enjoy!
