Onion Rings

- 3/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt shopping list
- 2/3 c. milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 onions, peeled & sliced 1/4 in. thick shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour and salt into a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, and egg; beat until smooth.
- Separate onion into rings.
- Dip each ring into batter; fry 2 to 3 minutes in 375 degree heated oil.
- Turn, drain and sprinkle with salt.
