Broccoli Puff Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook broccoli by directions on the package.
  • Drain well.
  • Place in about a 10 x 6 x 11/2 inch baking dish.
  • Stir together soup and cheese, add milk gradually.
  • Add mayonnaise and beaten egg.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour over broccoli.
  • Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
  • Sprinkle evenly over soup mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Makes 6 servings.

    Made this tonight! Was DELICIOUS! I used bagged frozen broccoli and didn't cook it before putting it in, though....just thawed it. I was afraid it would get to 'mushy.' I loved the results! Thank you for this!
