  • . Spread pumpkin mixture over cake batter and bake for 40 to 50
  • minutes.
  • Make sure not to overbake as the center should be a little gooey.
  • Serve with fresh whipped cream or cinnamon-flavored ice cream.

    I make this every year for Thanksgiving and it is always a huge hit! Very very sweet though so I cut back a little on the sugar for our taste.
