THIS IS MY OWN RECIPE FOR MEATBALLS.I ONLY MADE THEM A FEW TIMES BUT THEY ALWAYS TURN OUT REALLY GOOD.

Ingredients
- 3 LBS.GROUND MEAT
- 3 EGGS
- 1 TBSP.EACH OREGANO,BASIL,GARLIC POWDER
- 1 CUP OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 2 26 OZ.CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE WITH GARLIC AND BASIL
Directions
- IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS-EXCEPT SAUCE!
- MIX VERY WELL SO EVERYTHING IS EVENLY DISTRIBUTED
- FORM MIXTURE INTO MEATBALLS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A GOLF BALL
- PLACE MEATBALLS IN LARGE SKILLET ON STOVE MED-HIGH HEAT
- BROWN ON ALL SIDES
- ADD BOTH CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE - GIVE IT A GOOD STIR.
- BRING UP TO SIMMMER AND REDUCE HEAT TO LOW
- LET SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES MORE.ENJOY!

I add a little milk and 9 saltine crackers smashed up otherwise it is the same.
