- 3 LBS.ground meat shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 TBSP.EACH oregano,basil,garlic powder shopping list
- 1 CUP OF GRATED parmesan cheese shopping list
- salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- 2 26 OZ.CANS OF tomato sauce WITH garlic AND basil shopping list
How to make it
- IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS-EXCEPT SAUCE!
- MIX VERY WELL SO EVERYTHING IS EVENLY DISTRIBUTED
- FORM MIXTURE INTO MEATBALLS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A GOLF BALL
- PLACE MEATBALLS IN LARGE SKILLET ON STOVE MED-HIGH HEAT
- BROWN ON ALL SIDES
- ADD BOTH CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE - GIVE IT A GOOD STIR.
- BRING UP TO SIMMMER AND REDUCE HEAT TO LOW
- LET SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES MORE.ENJOY!
