How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking soda
  • Blend eggs with yogurt, oil, and lemon peel. Add dry ingredients and the fruit and nuts, stir to just blend. Spoon into pan.
  • Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until pick inserted in center of the loaf comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 10
  • minutes. Then cool completely on a wire rack.
