Nice N Nutty Cucumber Salad

This is Carole Barker's winning recipe from the feast pages of The nashua Telegraph. So very easy and a delight to make and enjoy, Guess that is why she won.
Ingredients
- 3 cups (about 2 medium) cucumbers, thinly sliced, seeded and peeled shopping list
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil shopping list
- 1/ 2 salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped shopping list
- 11/2 tablespoons unsalted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to coat cucumber.
- Sprinkle with onions and peanuts.
