Honey Nog Recipe

Ingredients

1 8oz plain or vanilla yogurt

1 egg

2 to 3 Tbsp Honey

Ground Nutmeg (Fresh is really good)

Directions

Blend on medium speed yogurt and egg

stir in honey

Pour into cup and sprinkle with nutmeg
