I know, I know..... Old recipe, from before eggs were so bad for you. You could substitute egg substitute.....
Ingredients
- 1 8oz plain or vanilla yogurt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 to 3 Tbsp honey shopping list
- ground nutmeg (Fresh is really good) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend on medium speed yogurt and egg
- stir in honey
- Pour into cup and sprinkle with nutmeg

Actually, if you use a little lemon juice, not much, the acid in it will kill the bacteria in eggs - so yes, I will have this, thank you!
