How to make it

  • Beat first 14 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Fold in pecans.
  • Spoon evenly into 2 greased and floured 9x5-inch loafpans.
  • Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans, and cool completely on wire racks.
