Leftover ham from Sunday dinner? How about a Ham sandwich? This is inspired from "Mike's Ham Place" in Detroit. Simple and tasty..The focus is on the ham and the sandwich. Pickles on the side please..........See Detroit is not that bad after all!

Ingredients
  • 6 Slices of leftover Baked Ham
  • 2 large poppyseed sandwich rolls (or onion)
  • 4 slices of your favorite white cheese (or yellow)
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise (light if you like)
  • Yellow mustard (French's or Plochmans)
  • Pickles

Directions
  1. Prepare sandwich rolls, by lightly buttering both sides of the rolls. Add mayonnaise.
  2. Pile the sliced Ham on the rolls, adding the cheese on the top and bottom of the sandwich.
  3. Apply generous amounts of yellow mustard.
  4. Enjoy this simple wonderful sandwich.
