Ingredients

How to make it

  • Grind together the green chilles,garlic,ginger,onion,red chilly powder,roasted cummin seeds & pepper corns with salt and vinegar.
  • Apply this paste to the chicken pieces and marinade for one hour.
  • Heat oil in thick bottomed pan, add marinated chicken pieces and saute for 2/5 minutes till chicked starts leaving water, add a cup of water and cook for 10 / 15 minutes till oil starts seperating from gravy.
  • Serve hot garnished with chopped corriander , on a bed of rice with salad on the side.
  • Enjoy !
