Ingredients
  • 8 curry cut chicken pieces
  • 2 green chillies , finely chopped
  • 5 garlic flakes , minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger , chopped
  • 2 medium size onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cummin seeds
  • 10 black pepper corns
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon oil for cooking
  • 1 table spoon green corriander leaves(garnishing)
  • Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Grind together the green chilles,garlic,ginger,onion,red chilly powder,roasted cummin seeds & pepper corns with salt and vinegar.
  2. Apply this paste to the chicken pieces and marinade for one hour.
  3. Heat oil in thick bottomed pan, add marinated chicken pieces and saute for 2/5 minutes till chicked starts leaving water, add a cup of water and cook for 10 / 15 minutes till oil starts seperating from gravy.
  4. Serve hot garnished with chopped corriander , on a bed of rice with salad on the side.
  5. Enjoy !
