  • Small bag:
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca or cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder ( optional )
  • Large Bag:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients for small bag
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine: the next 5 ingredients for large bag
  3. Mix with until thoroughly combined.
  4. Seal in medium plastic bag.
  5. Attach both bags to a 1-quart jar of home-canned peaches or eqivinlent of canned peaches with a ribbon and instruction card.
  6. Instructions: Combine ingredients of small bag with one quart peaches ( drained ) in 8-by-8 or 9-by-9 pan.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Combine ingredients of larger bag with 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  9. Mixture will be thick
  10. Spoon and spread over peach mixture.
  11. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
  12. Scoope from pan and serve with ice cream or whipped cream
