Peach Cobbler In A Jar Mix Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine first 5 ingredients for small bag
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine: the next 5 ingredients for large bag
  • Mix with until thoroughly combined.
  • Seal in medium plastic bag.
  • Attach both bags to a 1-quart jar of home-canned peaches or eqivinlent of canned peaches with a ribbon and instruction card.
  • Instructions: Combine ingredients of small bag with one quart peaches ( drained ) in 8-by-8 or 9-by-9 pan.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine ingredients of larger bag with 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Mixture will be thick
  • Spoon and spread over peach mixture.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
  • Scoope from pan and serve with ice cream or whipped cream
