Peach Cobbler In A Jar Mix

- Small bag: shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tapioca or cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla powder ( optional ) shopping list
- Large Bag: shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dry milk powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients for small bag
- In a small mixing bowl, combine: the next 5 ingredients for large bag
- Mix with until thoroughly combined.
- Seal in medium plastic bag.
- Attach both bags to a 1-quart jar of home-canned peaches or eqivinlent of canned peaches with a ribbon and instruction card.
- Instructions: Combine ingredients of small bag with one quart peaches ( drained ) in 8-by-8 or 9-by-9 pan.
- Set aside.
- Combine ingredients of larger bag with 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Mixture will be thick
- Spoon and spread over peach mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
- Scoope from pan and serve with ice cream or whipped cream
