Pablono Soup

- 6-pablanos(blackened,peeled and seeded for stuffing) shopping list
- 1-chiote(peeled,seeded and cut up in bite size pieces) shopping list
- 2-potatoes(diced) shopping list
- 3-carrots(peeled and diced) shopping list
- 2-celery stalks (diced) shopping list
- 4-roma tomatoes (diced) shopping list
- 1-medium white onion(diced) shopping list
- 2-cloves garlic shopping list
- fresh ground pepper and sea salt to taste shopping list
- 2-knorr chicken bouillon cubes shopping list
- monterey jack to stuff pablonos shopping list
- water to cover shopping list
- flour torteas shopping list
How to make it
- After you have prepared pablanos take stock pot
- add 1 tblespn olive oil
- add onion carrots,celery, saute for about 4 minutes,then add potatoes,tomatoes,chiote,and garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- cover with water add 2 knorr bouillon
- bring to a boil
- stuff pablanos(add)
- simmer 45 minutes
- serve with warmed flour torteas
