How to make it

  • After you have prepared pablanos take stock pot
  • add 1 tblespn olive oil
  • add onion carrots,celery, saute for about 4 minutes,then add potatoes,tomatoes,chiote,and garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cover with water add 2 knorr bouillon
  • bring to a boil
  • stuff pablanos(add)
  • simmer 45 minutes
  • serve with warmed flour torteas

    Let me see if I understand this correctly... I stuff the peppers and put in the liquid? Sounds great if that's it! WOW!
