How to make it

  • Marinate prawns with lemon juice and mirin for 15- 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan enough to contain all the prawns, and sear the prawns over high heat for 30 seconds. Cover with lid for a few seconds.
  • Now sprinkle the black pepper over the prawns and cook for a while before serving. Viola!
  • You can garnish it with some cilantro leaves.
