- cake shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- cinnamon Swirl shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- Streusel shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter, softened to room temp shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put the dry ingredients in on bowl and stir with a whisk.
- Put wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk until smooth. Dump the wet ingredients into the dry ingedients and stir with a rubber spatula until the flour is moistened, but batter is still a bit lumpy. Scrape the batter into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish.
- Combine the ingredients for cinnamon swirl. Sprinkle it on top of the cake, and use a knife to swirl through the batter.
- Mush the streusel ingredients together with your fingers to make a paste. Drop raisin sized pieces of streusel all over the top of the batter.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and solid.
