Spicy Scallops with Capellini

- 1 lb scallops, 1/4 if large shopping list
- 6 tbls. ev olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 2 tbls. flat-leaf parsley chopped fine shopping list
- 1 tbls. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 small dried chipotle chile with seeds, stemmed and finely chopped shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 lb capellini pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Bring salted water to boil in pot. In baking dish toss scallops with olive oil, wine ,parsely, garlic and chipotle. Season with salt bake for 15 min. or until scallops are firm. Add capellini to boiling water until al dente. Drain pasta place in serving bowl Add scallops and all juices from baking dish.toss well and serve immediately.

This recipe looks a lot like the recipe I make but use shrimp and angelhair pasta. You have my 5 on this one. Have a wonderful night...Cheryl
