This recipe came from a TV show years ago. Quick,easy and tasty.

Ingredients
- 1lb. boneless chicken breasts,cut in small chunks
- 2Tbs oil
- 1/2c flour
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 1Tbs butter(softened
- 1/2c celery ,chopped
- 1/2c red pepper,chopped
- 1/2c green pepper,chopped,
- 1/2c onion,chopped
- 2Tbs brown sugar
- 1c catsup
Directions
- Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Mix flour.salt and pepper. coat chicken and cook in oil till brown. Add butter,celery,peppers,onions and catsup and brown sugar. Simmer 30 mins. Serve with rice.
